摘要
阐述国内外科研项目后评价方法(同行评议法、层次分析法、综合评价法、模糊评价法),分析企业科研项目后评价分类和意义,研究企业科研项目后评价指标体系(简称后评价指标体系)建立原则(科学合理性原则、公平公正性原则、可靠实用性原则),给出后评价指标体系。对已有科研项目进行试评价,指出评价指标具有相关性、随动性,评价应减少主观因素影响。
The post-evaluation methods of scientific research projects at home and abroad(peer review method,analytic hierarchy process,comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy evaluation method)are elaborated.The classification and significance of post-evaluation for enterprise research projects are analyzed.The establishment principles(scientific rationality principle,fairness and impartiality principle and reliable and practical principle)of the post-evaluation index system of enterprise scientific research projects(referred to as the post-evaluation index system)are studied,and the post-evaluation index system is given.The trial evaluation of existing scientific research projects is conducted,and it is pointed out that the evaluation indexes are relevant and follow-up,and evaluations should reduce the influence of subjective factors.
