供热管道穿插不锈钢管非开挖修复技术

Trenchless Repair Technology for Stainless Steel Pipes Inserted into Heating Pipelines

摘要 结合工程实例,对适用于供热管道的非开挖修复技术(穿插不锈钢管修复技术)主要工艺流程及修复效果进行探讨。主要工艺流程包括:待修复管段检测、拖管设备布置、清管、工作管管底刮浆、不锈钢管拖管、压力试验、注浆、施工现场恢复。修复工程结束后至今,管道运行正常,未再出现泄漏现象。穿插不锈钢管修复技术可行。 Combined with engineering examples,the main process flow and repair effect of trenchless repair technology(inserted stainless steel pipe repair technology)suitable for heating pipelines are discussed.The main process flow includes:inspection of pipe section to be repaired,layout of pipe dragging equipment,pigging,scraping of working pipe bottom,dragging of stainless steel pipe,pressure test,grouting and restoration of construction site.Since the completion of the restoration project,the pipeline has been operating normally,and no leakage has occurred.The repair technique of inserted stainless steel pipe is feasible.
