长距离大高差热电联供热网设计方案

摘要 结合具体工程实例,对长距离、大高差热电联供热网设计方案进行分析和比选。方案1:一级管网直供末端热力站。方案2:设置回水加压泵。方案3:设置隔压站。对于该工程,应采用隔压站方案,保证长距离大高差热网末端热力站的安全运行。为提高经济性,在隔压站方案基础上,采用旁通管定压方式,可降低一级管网承压能力。 Combined with a specific engineering example,the design scheme of cogeneration heating network with long-distance and large height difference is analyzed and compared.Scheme 1:The primary pipe network directly supplies the terminal heating station.Scheme 2:Set up a return water pressurization pump.Scheme 3:Set up a pressure isolation station.For this project,the pressure isolation station scheme should be adopted to ensure the safe operation of the terminal heating station of the long distance and large height difference heating network.In order to improve the economy,on the basis of the pressure isolation station scheme,the bypass pipe constant pressure method is adopted,which can reduce the pressure-bearing capacity of the primary pipe network.
