结合深圳燃气实际情况,分析天然气采购成本风险,提出应对措施。从合规性、招投标管控、成本管理、供应、物料管理、廉洁从业方面分析燃气相关物资供应链管理风险,提出应对措施。
Combined with the actual situation of Shenzhen Gas,the risk of natural gas procurement cost is analyzed,and countermeasures are proposed.The risk of gas-related material supply chain management is analyzed from the aspects of compliance,bidding control,cost management,supply,material management and clean employment,and countermeasures are proposed.
