新型缸体结构的应力分析

摘要 往复压缩机气缸的缸体材料,通常根据工作压力、缸径大小选取,常用的材料为合金铸铁,球磨铸铁和整体锻件,铸钢材料作为一种适用于较高工作压力的材料而被提出,并且适用范围广泛,对于铸钢材料的新结构缸体进行了应力分析和疲劳分析,直观的反应了新结构缸体的应力分布状态及使用寿命,明确了铸钢材料和新结构的可行性和合理性。 The cylinder body material of reciprocating compressor cylinder is usually selected according to the working pressure and cylinder diameter.The commonly used materials are alloy cast iron,ball cast iron and integral forgings.As a material suitable for higher working pressure,cast steel is proposed and has a wide range of applications.This paper carries out the stress analysis and fatigue analysis on the new structure cylinder body made of cast steel,which intuitively reflects the stress distribution and service life of the new structural cylinder block,and clarifies the feasibility and rationality of cast steel materials and the new structure.
