磷酸二氢钾结晶器的优化设计

摘要 磷酸二氢钾生产装置因设计不合理,系统运行不稳定,且结晶器无视窗,导致结晶器底部的磷酸二氢钾取料困难,循环冷却器频繁堵塞。提出了在结晶器内设置搅拌装置、调整新鲜磷酸二氢钾浓缩液进入结晶器的位置、增设视镜等措施,以提高结晶器的可操作性。改造后,磷酸二氢钾的晶型得到改善,产量提高15 t/d。 Due to unreasonable design of monopotassium phosphate production unit,unstable system operation and no viewing window on the crystallizer,it is difficult to take monopotassium phosphate from the bottom of the crystallizer,and the circulating cooler is frequently blocked.The measures such as setting stirring device in the crystallizer,adjusting the position of fresh monopotassium phosphate concentrate entering the crystallizer,and adding viewing windows are proposed to improve the operability of the crystallizer.After transformation,the crystal form of monopotassium phosphate is improved,and the output is increased by 15 t/d.
