盘状结构域受体1在乳腺癌发生、发展及治疗中的作用

摘要 盘状结构域受体1(DDR1)通过与其胶原蛋白配体相互作用,参与调节多种细胞过程,包括增殖、凋亡、侵袭及转移。近年来的研究显示,DDR1不仅在乳腺正常发育过程中起重要作用,还与乳腺癌的进展及预后密切相关。文章主要综述了DDR1在乳腺癌发生、发展以及治疗中的作用,以期为乳腺癌靶向治疗提供理论参考。 Through interacting with collagen-ligand,discoidin domain receptor 1(DDR1)participates in the regulation of a variety of cell processes,including proliferation,apoptosis,invasion and metastasis.Recent studies have shown that DDR1 not only plays an essential role in the normal development of breast,but is also correlated with the progress and prognosis of breast carcinogenesis.This article mainly reviews the role of DDR1 in the tumorigenesis,development and treatment of breast cancer,in order to provide theoretical reference for targeted therapy of breast cancer.
