维生素D在结直肠癌中的研究进展

Research progress of vitamin D in colorectal cancer

结直肠癌是消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,很多患者在发现时已处于晚期,致死率高,严重威胁健康。研究表明,循环中高水平的维生素D(VD)可降低多种恶性肿瘤的发生风险。目前,补充VD与结直肠癌发生风险和死亡率的关系仍有争议,故对其潜在分子机制进行研究可能具有一定应用价值。文章主要阐述了VD抑制结直肠癌细胞增殖、侵袭、迁移,促进凋亡、分化、抑制炎性反应,调节肠道菌群等发挥抗结直肠癌的作用,以期对结直肠癌的个性化治疗和预防提供一定参考。

Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in the digestive system,many patients have been found in the advanced stage,high mortality,a serious threat to health.Studies have shown that high levels of vitamin D(VD)during circulation can reduce the risk of several malignancies.Currently,the relationship between VD supplementation and the risk and mortality of colorectal cancer is still controversial,so the study of its potential molecular mechanism may have certain application value.The article mainly elaborates that VD can inhibit the proliferation,invasion and migration of colorectal cancer cells,promote apoptosis,differentiation,inhibit inflammatory response,regulate intestinal flora,and play an anti-colorectal cancer role,so as to provide some reference for the personalized treatment and prevention of colorectal cancer.
