摘要 脑卒中是对人们身体健康具有严重危害的一种脑血管疾病,典型特征为发病率、致残率、致死率高。脑卒中发生后,会使患者脑部出现不同程度的缺血性神经损伤,严重影响患者生活质量,这主要是由于脑组织受损后,脑神经细胞死亡所引起的。因此,如何减少急性脑卒中后脑神经细胞的过多死亡就成为减轻病损程度的关键,从而达到改善患者预后的目的。铁死亡是科学家近年来发现的一种新型的神经细胞死亡形式;越来越多的实验数据表明,脑卒中发生后大脑神经细胞会出现铁死亡现象。因此,可通过干预铁死亡过程来抑制或延缓神经细胞的死亡。文章主要基于System Xc-/GPX4轴调控的铁死亡途径,铁死亡在脑卒中后如何发挥细胞损伤作用以及潜在可行的干预方法等进行综述。 Stroke is a cerebrovascular disease that seriously endangers people′s health,which is typically characterized by high incidence,disability and mortality.After a stroke occurs,it causes different degrees of ischemic neurological damage to the patient′s brain,seriously affecting the patient′s quality of life after stroke,which is mainly caused by the death of brain nerve cells after brain tissue damage.Therefore,how to reduce the excessive death of brain nerve cells after acute stroke becomes the key to reduce the degree of lesion,so as to improve the prognosis of patients.Ferroptosis is a novel form of nerve cell death found by the scientists in recent years;more experimental data has shown that ferroptosis occurs in nerve cells after stroke.Therefore,the death of nerve cells can be inhibited or delayed by intervening in the ferroptosis process.The paper reviewed the mechanisms of ferroptosis,especially the ferroptosis pathway based on the regulation of the System Xc-/GPX4 axis;how ferroptosis played a role in cellular damage after stroke and the potential intervention methods.
