多维度协同护理对经尿道前列腺电切术患者生活质量、康复效果的影响

Influences of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing on quality of life and rehabilitation effect in patients after transurethral resection of prostate

目的探讨多维度协同护理对经尿道前列腺电切术患者生活质量、康复效果的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月在陆军第七十二集团军医院行经尿道前列腺电切术的84例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予多维度协同护理。比较两组护理后康复效果(排尿功能恢复时间、首次排气时间、尿管留置时间)、国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)评分、射精功能评分(CIPE)、术后并发症、简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分。结果观察组排尿功能恢复时间、首次排气时间、尿管留置时间短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组IIEF-5评分、CIPE高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多维度协同护理可有效加快经尿道前列腺电切术患者术后康复,提高性功能,减少术后并发症,进而提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the influences of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing on quality of life and rehabilitation effect in patients after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods A total of 84 patients who received TURP in Seventy-two Army Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=42).The control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given multi-dimensional collaborative nursing.The rehabilitation effect after nursing(recovery time of urination function,the first exhaust time,catheter indwelling time),scores of international index of erectile function-5(IIEF-5)and Chinese index of sexual function for premature ejaculation(CIPE),postoperative complications and score of the 36-item shot-form health status survey(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of urination function,the first exhaust time,catheter indwelling time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),the IIEF-5 score and CIPE were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Multi-dimensional collaborative nursing can effectively accelerate rehabilitation of patients after TURP,improve sexual function,reduce postoperative complications and improve quality of life.
