陕西省宝鸡市初中生性教育直播课程效果评价

Effectiveness evaluation of the online sexuality education on junior high school students in Baoji City of Shaanxi Province

目的 评价性教育直播课程对初中生的教学效果,为性教育教学方法提供实证依据。方法 于2022年对陕西省宝鸡市4所初中学校的学生展开性教育直播课程,采用整群抽样的方法,采用自编性教育教学调查问卷在性教育直播课程前后对初中生进行测评,性教育直播课程前后进行测评的有效人数分别为590、428人,分析调查结果。结果 接受性教育直播课程后,初中生的性知识总分有显著提高(P<0.001),对性传播疾病感染者的污名、性与性行为的污名和性侵事件的消极态度均显著降低(P<0.001)。结论 性教育直播课程对初中生性知识和性态度有显著提升作用。

Objective To evaluate the teaching effect of online sexuality education on junior high school students,and provide practical teaching evidence for teaching method of sexuality education.Methods In 2022,online sexuality education courses were launched for students from four junior high schools in Baoji City,Shaanxi Province.A survey was conducted among the junior high school students through a self-compiled sexuality education teaching questionnaire by cluster sampling before and after the sexuality education courses(nbefore=590,nafter=428).The results were analyzed.Results After the online sexuality education,the total score of sexual knowledge was significantly improved(P<0.001).The stigma of people infected with sexually transmitted diseases,the stigma of sexuality and sexual behavior and the negative attitude towards sexual aggression were significantly reduced(P<0.001).Conclusions The online sexuality education courses has a significant role in improving the sexual knowledge and attitudes of junior high school students.
