蒸氨工序是焦化生产过程中的关键工序之一,其运行稳定直接关系到生化系统及后续系统的稳定运行,由于各单位工艺流程、配煤管理、操作管理的不同,使得蒸氨的管理运行存在着差异,但指标控制的关键仍然是COD和NH_(3)-N的控制。现对永鑫煤焦化在蒸氨生产运行方面的管理经验进行浅析,为更多的焦化专业技术人员提供运行管控思路。

Ammonia stripping is one of the key processes during by-product production,whose stable operation is directly related to the stability of the biochemical and downstream systems.Though different plants have different process flows,coal blending management and operation management,the key is still to control indexes of COD and NH_(3)-N.This article analyzes the practices of Yongxin coking plant in ammonia stripping production to offer the management approach for more technical personnel.
