基于CiteSpace体外膜肺氧合护理研究热点及发展趋势的可视化分析

Research Hotspots and Trends of Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation Nursing Based on CiteSpace Software:Visual Analysis

目的探讨国内外体外膜肺氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)护理研究热点和前沿进展,为未来相关研究开展提供思路和参考。方法通过中国知网和Web of Science核心合集检索ECMO护理研究的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件进行分析,包括关键词共现、聚类和突现分析。结果共纳入中文文献804篇、英文文献414篇。该领域中英文发文量总体呈持续上升趋势,但近两年研究成果产出数量有所回落。研究热点包括ECMO转运、姑息治疗和物理治疗动员。ECMO护理研究对象以危重症患者为主;研究目标由疾病护理向以兼具护理人文和康复护理在内的整体护理转变;研究方法由经验化向循证化转变。结论伴随着国内ECMO技术的不断完善和成熟,未来相关护理研究可进一步探索姑息治疗和物理治疗动员领域,迎合本土化ECMO专科护士培养需求,构建完善的ECMO护理理论和实践体系。

Objective To explore the research hotspots and trends of Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation(ECMO)nursing in China and abroad,so as to provide references for future research.Methods Articles related to ECMO nursing from CNKI and Web of Science core collection were searched and collected.CiteSpace software was used for analysis,including keyword co-occurrence,clustering and emergence analysis.Results A total of 804 Chinese articles and 414 English articles were included.The number of published articles showed a continuous growth trend,but decreased in the recent two years.Research hotspots included ECMO transport,palliative care and physical therapy modalities.The research subjects were still critically ill patients.The research goal shifted from disease care to holistic care which combined nursing humanities and rehabilitation care.The research methods shifted from empirical method to evidence-based method.Conclusions With the continuous improvement of domestic ECMO technology,future nursing research can further explore in the fields of palliative treatment and physical therapy mobilization to meet the localized training needs of ECMO specialized nurses and to build a comprehensive ECMO nursing theory and practice system.
