摘要
数字赋能成为当前制造业企业实现绿色转型的关键路径。结合企业生命周期视角,以中国2012—2019年沪深A股制造业上市公司为样本,实证检验数字赋能对制造业企业绿色转型的影响及内在机制。研究显示,数字赋能显著正向影响制造业绿色转型,其中成熟期的影响效果最显著,成长期次之,衰退期则不显著;数字赋能通过提高双元创新能力、内部控制能力和运营能力助推制造业绿色转型;外部环境中政府财政科技支出正向调节制造业绿色转型进程。
Digital empowerment has become the key path for manufacturing enterprises to realize green transformation.From the perspective of enterprise life cycle,the impact of digital empowerment on the green transformation of manufacturing enterprises and its internal mechanism are empirically examined by taking the listed companies in China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing industry from 2012 to 2019 as samples.The study shows that digital empowerment significantly and positively affects the green transformation of manufacturing industry,with the most significant impact in the mature period,followed by the growth period,and insignificant in the recession period.Digital empowerment boosts the green transformation of manufacturing industry by improving the dual innovation ability,internal control ability and operation ability.In the external environment,government financial expenditure on science and technology positively regulates the green transformation process of manufacturing industry.
