《伤寒论》作为中医经典核心课程,一直是中医人才必读之书。加强经典课程学习,培养中医经典学习思维,促进中医学术传承与创新发展具有深远而重要的意义。本研究在《伤寒论》教学中开展线上线下混合的临床实训模式,突出中医经典的传承性和原汁原味,使经典与临床紧密结合。同时把学习还给学生,突出学生在教学过程中的中心地位,结合学生的自主学习、讨论,提升学生的学习兴趣,实现个性化、差异化教学,取得良好教学效果,受到学生欢迎。

As the core course of traditional Chinese medicine,Shanghan Lun has always been a must-read book for Chinese medicine talents.It is of far-reaching and important significance to strengthen the study of classical courses,cultivate the thinking of classical learning of traditional Chinese medicine,and promote the academic inheritance and innovative development of traditional Chinese medicine.In the teaching of Shanghan Lun,this study carried out the online and offline blended clinical training mode,highlighted the inheritance and original flavor of traditional Chinese medicine classics,closely combined the classics with clinic,returned the learning to students,highlighted the central position of students in the teaching process,combined with students’autonomous learning and discussion,improved students’learning interest,and realized personalized and differentiated teaching.It has achieved good teaching results and is popular with students.
