摘要
卵巢储备功能(Ovarian reserve,OR)反映了女性卵巢中卵母细胞数量、质量和女性生殖潜力。正常的卵巢储备功能是女性生育能力和生殖寿命的重要保障。各种原因使卵泡异常消耗或破坏时,就会导致卵巢功能衰退乃至过早衰竭。导师连方教授从事妇科、生殖与遗传临床工作30余年,在治疗卵巢储备功能减退引起的月经病及不孕症方面有独特见解和丰富诊疗经验,并取得了良好的临床效果,此文归纳总结以期为临床研究提供更多参考。
Ovarian reserve(OR)reflects the number and quality of oocytes in the female ovary and female reproductive potential.Normal ovarian reserve is an important guarantee of female fertility and reproductive life span.Abnormal depletion or destruction of follicles due to various causes can lead to ovarian function decline and even premature failure.Professor Lian Fang,a tutor,has been engaged in gynecological,reproductive and genetic clinical work for more than 30 years.She has her unique insights and rich diagnosis and treatment experience in the treatment of menstrual diseases and infertility caused by ovarian reserve dysfunction,and has achieved good clinical effect.This article gave a summary,in order to provide more reference for clinical research.
