银菊清热汤治疗慢性光化性皮炎临床观察

Yinju Qingre Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Actinic Dermatitis

目的 探讨银翘散、桑菊饮之化裁方银菊清热汤治疗慢性光化性皮炎的效果。方法 选取2019年9月—2021年9月来山东中医药大学附属医院就诊的60例慢性光化性皮炎患者,随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组给予羟氯喹,每次100 mg,每日2次,外用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏;观察组在此基础上口服银菊清热汤,每日1剂,2组患者均用药6周。观察2组患者于2、4、6周后皮损恢复情况及不良反应。结果 治疗4周后,观察组总有效率为66.7%(20/30),高于对照组总有效率10.0%(3/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 银菊清热汤联合西药治疗慢性光化性皮炎效果确切,优于单用西药羟氯喹及氟芬那酸丁酯软膏,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Yinqiao powder and Sangju drink on chronic actinic dermatitis.Methods Sixty patients with chronic actinic dermatitis who came to Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was given hydroxychloroquine,100 mg each time,twice a day,and topical flufenac butyl ester ointment.The observation group was given oral Yinju Qingre decoction(1 dose per day)for 6 weeks.The recovery of skin lesions and adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed after 2,4 and 6 weeks.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 66.7%(20/30),which was higher than that of the control group(10.0%,3/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinju Qingre decoction combined with Western medicine has definite therapeutic effect in the treatment of chronic actinic dermatitis,is superior to Western medicine hydroxychloroquine and butyl flufenate ointment alone,and has high safety.
