小儿推拿联合刮痧治疗食积咳嗽临床观察

Infantile Massage Combined with Scraping Therapy in Treating Infantile ICough

目的 观察小儿推拿联合刮痧治疗食积咳嗽的临床效果。方法 观察对象均来源于2019年4月—2019年11月南昌市洪都中医院针灸科小儿推拿门诊的食积咳嗽患儿,将70例患儿随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组行西药治疗,观察组采用推拿联合刮痧治疗,比较2组患儿的临床疗效、咳嗽症状评分及不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率为91.43%(32/35),高于对照组的71.43%(25/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组日间咳嗽症状评分、夜间咳嗽症状评分明显低于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为20.00%(7/35),高于对照组的14.29%(5/35),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 小儿推拿联合刮痧治疗食积咳嗽具有良好的效果,且安全性良好,临床价值较高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of infantile massage combined with scraping therapy on indigestion cough.Methods The observation objects were all infantile indigestion cough patients in Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to November 2019.70 infantile patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with infantile massage combined with scraping.The clinical efficacy,cough symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43%(32/35),which was higher than that of the control group(71.43%,25/35),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,daytime cough symptom score and nighttime cough symptom score in observation group were significantly lower than before treatment and control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 20.00%(7/35),which was higher than that in the control group(14.29%,5/35),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Infantile massage combined with scraping therapy on infantile indigestion cough has good application value,good safety and high clinical value in indigestion cough.
