咽三针、止颤八针联合运动想象疗法在帕金森吞咽障碍的应用

The Application of Pharynx Three-needle and Tremor-ceasing Eight-needle Combined with Motor Imagination Therapy in Parkinson Parkinson’s Dysphagia

目的 探讨针刺结合运动想象疗法对帕金森病吞咽困难患者临床效果的影响。方法 选取2018年1月—2021年10月江西省兴国县人民医院收治的64例帕金森病吞咽困难患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(29例)和治疗组(35例),对照组予以运动想象疗法行吞咽康复训练,治疗组在对照组的基础上进行咽三针、止颤八针治疗,观察2组患者吞咽功能的改善情况、洼田饮水试验结果及吞咽功能评估(SSA)和吞咽特定生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评分。结果 治疗后,治疗组洼田饮水试验总有效率为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组的75.86%(22/29);治疗组吞咽障碍总有效率为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的72.41%(21/29),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组的SSA、SWAL-QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组的SSA、SWAL-QOL评分均高于本组治疗前,且治疗组的SSA、SWAL-QOL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 咽三针、止颤八针联合运动想象疗法可有效改善帕金森病患者吞咽障碍。

Objective To explore the influence of acupuncture combined with motor imagination therapy on the clinical efficacy of dysphagia patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods 64 patients with dysphagia of Parkinson’s disease in Xingguo People’s Hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group(29 cases)and treatment group(35 cases).The control group received swallowing rehabilitation training of motor imagination therapy.The treatment group received pharynx three-needle and tremor-ceasing eight-needle on the basis of the control group.The improvement of swallowing function,the results of Watian drinking water test and the scores of swallowing function assessment(SSA)and swallowing specific quality of life scale(SWAL-QOL)of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%(34/35),which was higher than that of the control group(75.86%,22/29).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than that of the control group(72.41%,21/29),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SSA and SWAL-QOL scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,SSA and SWAL-QOL scores of the 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and SSA and SWAL-QOL scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharynx three-needle and tremor-ceasing eight-needle combined with motor imagination therapy can effectively improve dysphagia patients with Parkinson’s disease.
