摘要
目的 观察穴位埋线对肺癌患者的咳嗽、气急、咳痰等的影响,以期证实穴位埋线疗法的可行性、有效性。方法 以肺癌患者为例,设定研究时间为2019年1月—2020年12月,自营口市中医院肿瘤科随机选取84例患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)、研究组(42例)。对照组采取常规西医治疗、研究组采取穴位埋线治疗,通过观察2组总有效率、症状(咳痰、咳嗽、气急)及生活质量,全面评价穴位埋线疗法的有效性。结果 治疗后,研究组总有效率为95.24%(40/42),高于对照组的78.57%(33/42)(P<0.05);研究组咳嗽、气急、咳痰等症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 穴位埋线疗法可强化治疗效果,促进肺癌患者症状的恢复及生活质量的优化,可推广。
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint embedding on cough,shortness of breath and expectoration of lung cancer patients,so as to confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of acupoint embedding therapy.Methods Taking lung cancer patients as an example,84 patients were randomly selected from department of oncology in Yingkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020,and they were divided into control group(42 cases)and study group(42 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with acupoint embedding therapy.The effectiveness of acupoint embedding therapy was comprehensively evaluated by observing the total effective rate,symptoms(sputum,cough,shortness of breath)and quality of life of the two groups.Results After treatment,the team the total effective rate of the study group was 95.24%(40/42),which was higher than 78.57%(33/42)of control group(P<0.05).The scores of cough,shortness of breath and expectoration in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy can strengthen the therapeutic effect,promote the recovery of symptoms and optimize the quality of life of patients with lung cancer,which can be popularized.
