接骨七厘胶囊结合西医疗法用于锁骨骨折术后临床效果观察

Jiegu Qili Capsule Combined with Western Medicine on Patients after Postoperative Clavicle Fracture

目的 探讨接骨七厘胶囊结合西医疗法对锁骨骨折术后患者的效果及对骨不愈合的影响。方法 选取2018年1月—2020年1月山西省曲沃县中医院收治的78例锁骨骨折患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为2组,各39例。对照组给予西医疗法,研究组在对照组基础上给予接骨七厘胶囊治疗。观察2组疗效、肿胀消退时间及疼痛消失时间、骨折愈合情况及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组总有效率为97.44%(38/39),高于对照组的76.92%(30/39)(P<0.05);研究组治疗后肿胀消退时间、疼痛消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组骨折愈合率为94.87%(37/39),高于对照组的66.67%(26/39)(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率为10.26%(4/39),低于对照组的30.77%(12/39)(P<0.05)。结论 接骨七厘胶囊结合西医疗法治疗锁骨骨折术后患者的效果显著,能缩短患者肿胀消退时间、疼痛消失时间,促进患者愈合,降低并发症的发生率,具有一定的临床意义。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Jiegu Qili capsule combined with western medicine on patients with clavicle fractures after surgery and its influence on bone nonunion.Methods 78 patients with clavicle fractures admitted to Quwo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Western medicine,and the study group was given Jiegu Qili capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,swelling and pain disappearing time,fracture healing and complications of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.44%(38/39),which was higher than that of the control group(76.92%,30/39)(P<0.05).The time of swelling subside and pain subside after treatment in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing rate of the study group was 94.87%(37/39),which was higher than that of the control group(66.67%,26/39)(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was 10.26%(4/39),which was lower than that of the control group(30.77%,12/39)(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiegu Qili capsule combined with Western medicine has a significant effect on the treatment of patients with clavicle fractures after surgery.It can shorten the time of swelling and disappearance of pain,promote the healing of patients as soon as possible,and reduce the incidence of complications,which has certain clinical significance.
