热敏灸联合中药封包对颈椎病疼痛的护理观察

Nursing Observation of Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Combined with Chinese Medicine Encapsulation on Pain of Cervical Spondylosis

目的观察热敏灸联合中药封包对颈椎病疼痛患者的护理效果。方法选取萍乡市中医院2020年2月—2022年6月收治的60例颈椎病住院患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,各30例。对照组采用常规艾灸疗法,观察组采用热敏灸联合中药封包对颈椎病患者进行治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的总满意度为96.7%(29/30),高于对照组的76.7%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛评估量表数字分级法(NRS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸联合中药封包应用于颈椎病患者的护理,能够减轻患者疼痛、改善患者生活质量、提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine encapsulation on cervical spondylosis patients with pain.Methods A total of 60 inpatients with cervical spondylosis from February 2020 to June 2022 in Pingxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 in each group.The control group received conventional moxibustion therapy.The patients in the observation group were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine encapsulation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.7%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group(76.7%,23/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine encapsulation in the nursing care of patients with cervical spondylosis can relieve pain,improve the quality of life of patients and improve patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
