摘要
目的对本课题已构建的公费医学生(中医)本科层次培养质量评价体系中的指标权重进行分析研究,用于指导公费医学生(中医)本科层次的培养与评价。方法采用层次分析法(AHP)确定不同调研对象的指标权重。结果分别得出了中医教育专家、基层行业人员和专业学生三方研究对象对评价指标的不同权重。结论通过对不同研究对象的评价指标权重差异分析,发现了目前公费医学生(中医)人才培养方案的不足,初步掌握了基层医疗卫生机构对公费医学生(中医)培养目标方面的需求,明确了公费医学生(中医)人才培养方案的改进方向。
Objective To analyze and study the index weights of the quality evaluation system for undergraduate education of public medical students of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),which has been constructed in this project,and to guide the undergraduate education and evaluation of public medical students(TCM).Methods Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the index weight of different research objects.Results The different weights of the three research objects of TCM education experts,grassroots industry personnel and professional students on the evaluation indicators were obtained respectively.Conclusion Based on different research objects of evaluation index weight difference analysis,it found the deficiency of the current training program for public medical students(TCM),preliminarily grasped the needs of grassroots medical institutions for public medical students(TCM)training goals,and clarified the improvement direction of the training program for public medical students(TCM).
