全科医师在综合中医院眼科规范化培训的思考

Thoughts on General Practitioners Practitioners’ Ophthalmic Training in Comprehensive Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

住院医师规范化培训已在我国广泛开展,全科医师的规范化培训也是全科医师毕业后进入临床的必经之路。全科医师主要在基层医院工作,工作内容非常宽泛,主要以家庭为单位、以社区为基础、以预防为导向,所以其住院医师规范化培训也应有别于专科医师。从全科医师的综合性及眼科的专业性出发,探讨全科医师在综合中医院眼科规范化培训期间的学习内容及培训方式。

Standardized training of residents has been widely carried out in China.The standardized training of general practitioners is also the only way for general practitioners to enter clinical practice after graduation.General practitioners mainly work in grass-roots hospitals,and their work content is very broad.They are mainly family based,community-based,and prevention oriented.Therefore,the standardized training of residents should also be different from that of specialists.Based on the comprehensiveness of general practitioners and the professionalism of ophthalmology,this paper discussed the learning contents and training methods of general practitioners during the ophthalmic training in the comprehensive hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.
