中西医治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)是一种慢性功能性胃肠道疾病,具有反复发作的特点,严重影响患者的生活质量,增加患者的经济负担。现代医学对IBS-D的病理机制尚不完全清楚,以药物及非药物疗法为主;中医治疗IBS-D方法多样,包括中药内治法与外治法。随着中医药现代化进程的推进,中西医结合疗法逐渐发展。现通过简述IBS-D的治疗现状,分析各方法的优势及不足,为探寻科学化、规范化、个体化、多维度的治疗方案做出铺垫。

Diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)is a chronic functional gastrointestinal disease characterized by recurrent attacks,which can seriously affect the quality of life of patients and increase their economic burden.The pathological mechanism of IBS-D is not completely clear.Modern medical treatment is mainly drug and non-drug therapy,while traditional medical treatment of IBS-D is diverse,including internal and external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.With the advancement of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy is gradually developed.By summarizing the treatment status of IBS-D,this paper aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each therapy,and pave the way for the exploration of scientific,standardized,individual and multidimensional treatment plan.
