特发性膜性肾病中医药研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy

特发性膜性肾病(Idiopathic membranous nephropathy,IMN)是一种病因不明的自身免疫性疾病,近年来中医药治疗IMN取得了一定进展,中医诊疗特发性膜性肾病存在优势,临床基于整体观念、辨证论治等原则,运用中医内治、中医外治等特色疗法,在缓解该病难治症状、预防复发等方面有一定的效果,呈现出较好的应用前景。结合近年来相关文献资料,文章从IMN的病因病机、治疗方法等方面展开综述,旨在进一步为中医药治疗IMN的研究提供新的思路和科学依据。

Idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)is an autoimmune disease of unknown etiology.In recent years,Chinese medicine has made some progress in the treatment of IMN,and there are advantages in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine.This paper presented the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy,which has been widely applied to relieve the symptoms of the disease and prevent recurrence.Combined with the relevant literature,this paper reviewed the status of traditional Chinese medicine research on idiopathic membranous nephropathy in terms of etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods,and provided new ideas and scientific basis for further research on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of IMN.
