基于“水火既济”探析傅青主治疗下部冰冷不孕

An analysis of FU Qingzhu’s treatment of infertility caused by lower part cold based on the thought of coordinating water and fire

傅山,字青竹,改字青主,明清时期道家思想家、书法家、医学家。《傅青主女科》是由傅山治疗妇科疾病临床经验总结而成的一部妇科专著,内容全面广泛,包括治疗月经病,妊娠病及产后病等各个方面。《傅青主女科》至今仍有很大的临床应用价值,对现代治疗妇科疾病具有重要的指导意义。不孕者,病因多端,治之亦五花八门,无从下手,乃至今众多不孕者不可以求其故,使至不孕之证,犹为今之困。《周易》“水火既济”之说,其意为阴阳的相互交合,傅山继承发展了《周易》“水火既济”思想,其认为“水火既济”不仅限于心火及肾水相交,还包括其阴阳、气血津液、精神的平衡。文章结合“水火既济”理论就傅山治疗下部冰冷不孕的思路及机制进行分析和探讨,以期望为今后临床应用提供借鉴和依据。坎为水,离为火,坎水于离火之上,水火相济,为和谐之象。“水火既济”为阴阳的相互交合,不仅限于心火及肾水相交,还包括其阴阳、气血津液、精神的平衡。“下部冰冷不孕”因胞胎寒,寒则收引凝滞,胞胎寒则阴盛,阴盛则阳虚,固守水火,适宜以火济之,以济胞宫之水,寒则自去。遂胞寒即为阴,温补则为阳。阴阳冲和,水火既济则病愈。温饱饮配伍精巧,剂量适宜,治病平和,无急躁伤身之忧。守维护阴阳平衡,把握适度原则,擅调节而非防治,重平衡而非偏驳。不限水火,不拘心肾,而治具于面。疾知治法,药进益伸,犹叹其巧,用药之功,效出于外。今用其方,亦有良效,然若能究其思绪,广其视野,应用于今,乃可谓学其志。

FU Shan was a taoist thinker,calligrapher and medical expert in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.FU Qingzhu Nvke(《傅青主女科》)is a gynecological monograph,which is based on FU Shan’s clinical experience in treating gynecological diseases.It covers a wide range of aspects,such as menstruation,pregnancy and postpartum diseases.Infertile person,etiology is multifarious,cure of also multifarious,do not know how to start,even today many infertile person cannot seek for its reason,make to infertile card,still is today’s trouble.FU Qingzhu Nvke is still of great clinical application value and has important guiding significance for modern treatment of gynecological diseases.The theory of coordinating water and fire in the Book of Zhouyi(《周易》)means the interaction of Yin(阴)and Yang(阳).FU Shan inherited and developed the idea of coordinating water and fire in the Book of Zhouyi.He believed that coordinating water and fire was not only limited to the interaction of heart fire and kidney water,but also included the balance of Yin and Yang,Qi(气),blood,body fluid and spirit.Based on the theory of coordinating water and fire,this paper analyzes and discusses FU Shan’s idea and mechanism of treating lower cold infertility,hoping to provide reference and basis for future clinical application.For the water,from the fire,the water above the fire,water and fire,as the image of harmony.Water and fire is the interaction of Yin and Yang,which is not only limited to the intersection of heart fire and kidney water,but also includes the balance of Yin and Yang,Qi,blood,body fluid and spirit.The lower cold infertility because of the babies cold,cold is induced stagnation,the babies cold Yin intense(阴盛),Yin intense and Yang deficiency(阳虚),hold water and fire,suitable to fire,to the water of the cell palace,cold from.Then cell cold is Yin,warm fill is Yang.Yin and Yang Chonghe(阴阳冲和),both fire and water will cure the disease.Food and satiety drink compatibility is exquisite,the dose is appropriate,cure the disease is peaceful,no impatience hurt the body worry.To maintain the balance between Yin and Yang,to grasp the principle of moderation,to regulate rather than prevent,to rebalance rather than refute.Not limited to fire and water,regardless of heart kidney,and treatment in the face.The disease knows the treatment method,the medicine advances the benefit extends,still sighs its clever,the use of the work,the effect comes from outside.We can use them in a good way today,but we can learn from them by exploring their thoughts and broadening their horizons and applying them to the present.
