中医时间医学在糖尿病防治中的应用

中医时间医学是探讨时间在疾病发生、发展、诊断、治疗、预防中的意义和作用的学科,是中医“天人合一”思想的重要体现,也是中医学整体观的重要组成部分。其已经形成了较为完整的理论体系,既有日节律、月节律、年节律;又包含了时间对人体生理、病理影响。我国糖尿病发病率逐年升高,在治疗糖尿病及其并发症上,中医时间医学大有可为。临床发现,在常规治疗的基础上应用中医时间医学择时治疗,使用等量的药物、进行同样的锻炼可以事半功倍,既节约了资源,又改善了患者预后。医者掌握其病情变化规律,“治病求本”。临床结合阴阳消长、子午流注理论、四时规律综合考量。在中医时间医学的基础上,结合糖尿病患者的脏腑虚实及病情变化节律性辨证施治,以期取得良好疗效,符合中医学“天人合一”的整体观。文章通过时间医学的理论分析,探讨时间医学在治疗糖尿病及其并发症的作用,以期为临床提供参考。

TCM time medicine is a subject that discusses the significance and function of time in the occurrence,development,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of diseases.It is an important embodiment of the thought of man is an integral part of nature in TCM and an important part of the holistic view of TCM.It has formed a relatively complete theoretical system,including day rhythm,monthly rhythm,annual rhythm,it also includes the influence of time on human physiology and pathology.The incidence rate of diabetes in China is increasing year by year.In the treatment of diabetes and its complications,TCM time medicine has great potential.It is found that on the basis of conventional treatment,the application of TCM time medicine time selective treatment,the use of the same amount of drugs and the same exercise can achieve better results,which not only saves resources,but also improves the symptoms of patients.Doctors grasp the law of changes in their conditions,and seek the root cause of their diseases.The clinical combination is combined with Yin(阴)and Yang(阳)growth and decline,meridian injection theory,and comprehensive consideration of the four-time law.On the basis of TCM time medicine,combined with the internal organs of diabetic patients and the rhythmic differentiation of disease changes,in order to achieve good curative effects,in line with the overall concept of man is an integral part of nature of TCM.Through the theoretical analysis of time medicine,this paper discusses the role of time medicine in the treatment of diabetes and its complications,with a view to providing reference for clinical practice.
