摘要
本文借助四角切圆功能试验台,对无烟煤与烟煤洗中煤混合燃料的燃烧特性进行了MW级的试验研究,得出如下结论:1)采用切圆燃烧方式时,采用燃尽风“上+中”组合方式可以延长煤粉在还原区的停留时间,强化NO_(x)的还原反应,对抑制NO_(x)排放最有利,可控制NO_(x)原始排放浓度在411mg/m^(3)~426mg/m^(3)左右;2)采用不同燃尽风组合方式时,燃尽情况相差不大,飞灰含碳量基本控制在5%左右;3)混煤的结渣特性属于高结渣等级,具有结渣倾向严重的特点,建议锅炉设计时考虑防结渣措施。
In this paper,with the help of the four-angle tangent function test bench,an MW-level experimental study was carried out on the combustion characteristics of coal mixed fuel in anthracite and bituminous coal washing,and the following conclusions are drawn:1) When using the tangent combustion mode,the combustion wind "upper + middle" combination method can prolong the residence time of pulverized coal in the reduction area and strengthen the reduction reaction of NO_(x),which is the most beneficial to inhibit NO_(x) emissions.The original emission concentration of NO_(x) can be controlled at about 411mg/m^(3)~426mg/m^(3);2) When using different combustion air combinations,the combustion situation is not much different,and the carbon content of fly ash is basically controlled at about 5%;3) The slag characteristics of mixed coal are high slag level and have the characteristics of serious slag tendency.It is recommended to consider anti-slag control measures when designing boilers.
