针对国内钢结构制造过程存在的问题,提出一些控制钢结构质量的方法,在钢结构验收标准依据、设计细节、热处理后的评价、油漆保护、设备运输环节等加以改进,可以明显提高产品的质量,从而可以提高安装质量和缩短安装工期。

In view of the problems existing in the manufacturing process of steel structures in China,this paper puts forward some methods for controlling the quality of steel structures,such as improving the criteria for acceptance of steel structures,design details,evaluation after heat treatment,paint protection,equipment transportation,etc.,can significantly improve the quality of products,which can improve the quality of installation and shorten the installation period.
