With the development of industrial science and technology,the requirements for heat exchangers in industrial systems are developing towards centralized,intensive,efficient and lightweight.The upper and lower headers,thin-walled stainless steel heat exchange tubes,become the development direction of this kind of heat exchanger.This paper first introduces the structure of this type of heat exchanger,focus on the difficulties and solutions in its manufacturing.
