自身免疫性黄体酮皮炎

A case of autoimmune progesterone dermatitis

报告1例自身免疫性黄体酮皮炎。患者女,33岁。反复出现与月经周期相关的口腔溃疡5年余,全身皮损3个月。患者黄体酮皮试阳性,雌二醇皮试和生理盐水对照试验为阴性。诊断为自身免疫性黄体酮皮炎。给予抗炎及抗组胺等对症治疗后病情暂时缓解。

A case of autoimmune progesterone dermatitis(APD)has been reported.A 33-year-old female presented with recurrent oral ulcer related to menstrual cycle for more than 5 years and systemic rash for 3 months.Progesterone skin test was positive,while estradiol skin test and normal saline control test were negative.Diagnosis:autoimmune progesterone dermatitis.The symptoms were relieved after anti-inflammatory and antihistamine treatment.
