摘要
目的:观察光动力疗法联合电干燥术治疗难治性跖疣疗效及优势。方法:选取难治性跖疣患者41例分为2组。2组患者皮损共334处,其中观察组19例患者共156处皮损,采用光动力疗法联合电干燥术治疗;对照组22例患者共178处皮损,采用电干燥术治疗。治疗结束后,随访6个月,比较2组的疗效、患者满意度、美容效果、皮肤病生活质量指数以及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗6个月后治愈率为91.61%,原位复发率8.39%,均明显优于对照组(治愈率为61.39%,原位复发率为38.61%)。观察组患者满意度、生活质量改善及美容效果均高于对照组。观察组不良反应主要为疼痛,对照组更易发生感染及增生性瘢痕。结论:光动力疗法联合电干燥术可作为难治性跖疣的一种新的有效的治疗方法。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and advantage of photodynamic therapy with electro drying on intractable plantar wart.Method:A total of 334 warts in 41 patients with refractory plantar warts were divided into two groups.In the observation group,19 patients with 156 warts were treated with electro drying combined with photodynamic therapy.In the control group,22 patients with 178 warts were treated with electro drying only.After the treatment,all pa tients from both groups were followed up for 6 months,and the efficacy,patient satisfaction,cosmetic effect,dermatology quality of life index and adverse reactions were then compared.Results:The observation group achieved 91.61%cure rate and 8.39%recurrence rate in situ after treatment for 6 months,which was significantly better than those of the control group(61.39%,38.61%).The quality-of-life improvement and beauty effect in the observation group were also higher than those in the control group.Pain was the main adverse reaction in the observation group,and infection and hypertrophic scar were more likely to occur in the control group.Conclusion:Photodynamic therapy combined with electrodrying can be used as a new and effective treatment for refractory plantar warts.
