基于正交锁相的绝缘子泄漏电流在线监测装置

摘要 针对传统的绝缘子污闪排查效率低、花费高等问题,设计了一种绝缘子泄漏电流在线监测装置。通过正交锁相放大技术将检测的电流信号从噪声中提取出来,解决了绝缘子泄漏电流监测时因信号微弱、干扰严重难以得到准确信息的问题。装置以STM32为控制核心,通过正交锁相放大技术实现对绝缘子泄漏电流的准确监测;通过GPRS无线通讯将监测信息实时上传至TLink云平台,实现了数据的远程在线查看;通过将数据与阈值对比,可在泄漏电流值超过阈值时向用户发送报警信息。测试结果表明:该装置在0~30 mA监测范围内测量误差在±5%以内,并能及时发送报警信息,记录、存储、查询历史数据。 Pollution flashover accident has a large impact area and a long power outage.Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high cost of traditional insulator flashover screening,an insulator leakage current online monitoring device is designed.The device can effectively extract the detected current signal from the noise through orthogonal phase-locked amplification technology,which solves the problem that it is difficult to get accurate information due to weak signal and serious interference during insulator leakage current monitoring.The device takes STM32 as the control core,and realizes the accurate monitoring of insulator leakage current through orthogonal phase-locked amplification technology.The monitoring information is uploaded to TLink cloud platform in real time through GPRS wireless communication,and the remote online view of data is realized.By comparing the data with the threshold,alarm information can be sent to the user when the leakage current value exceeds the threshold.The test results show that the measurement accuracy of the device can reach±5%within the monitoring range of 0~30 mA,and can send alarm information in time,as well as record,store and query historical data.
