摘要
无人化、自动化是起重机械发展的一个重要方向,文中主要研究轧后库无人起重机控制安全系统。该安全系统由硬件和软件2部分安全策略组成,综合应用了网络技术、智能感知技术和协同与控制技术。硬件安全策略主要由传动控制系统、定位控制系统和防碰撞系统组成,通过传感器和高清摄像头,实现对起重机的精准定位和远程可视化操作。经过硬件和软件双系统协作,大大提高了轧后库起重机的工作效率。
Unmanned operation and automation are the important directions for the development of crane.In this paper,the authors mainly study the safety system of unmanned crane in the after-rolling warehouse.The safety system consists of two parts:hardware and software,and applies network technology,intelligent sensing technology and cooperation and control technology.The hardware safety strategy is mainly composed of transmission control system,positioning control system and anti-collision system.The precise positioning and remote visual operation of the crane are realized through sensors and high-definition cameras.The cooperation of hardware and software greatly improves the working efficiency of the crane after rolling.
