摘要
设计了铜金属水凝胶的制备、性能及催化CuAAC反应的综合化学实验。利用有机合成的方法制备了三联吡啶衍生物的凝胶因子,通过超声和加热—冷却两种方法将硫酸铜与凝胶因子配位组装构成了两种不同颜色的铜金属凝胶,利用UV-vis和EPR解释了超声产生氮氧自由基使凝胶变成蓝色;利用SEM、XRD和BET对凝胶进行了表征,并将铜金属干凝胶应用于CuAAC反应。结果表明,加热—冷却制备的铜凝胶催化CuAAC反应产率最高,远优于经典的硫酸铜催化剂,且实验具有操作简单、绿色环保和催化剂可重复利用等特点。本实验融合了有机合成、波谱分析和材料化学等学科的知识,为开设综合研究性实验提供了借鉴。
A comprehensive experiment which includes the preparation,properties and application of copper metal gels is designed.The gelator is prepared through organic synthesis,and is assembled into copper metal gel with copper sulfate by sonication and heating cooling methods.Because of the generation of nitrogen oxygen radicals,the color of the gel turns to blue,which is explained through UV-vis and EPR.The properties of the gel are characterized by SEM,XRD and BET and the xerogels as catalyst is applied to CuAAC reaction.The results show that the reaction has the highest yield using xerogel(H-C)as catalyst,which is far superior to the classic copper sulfate catalyst.The experiment has the characteristics of simple operation,green and reusable catalyst.This experiment integrates the knowledge of organic synthesis,spectral analysis and material chemistry,and provides support for the development of comprehensive research experimental technology.
