摘要
为主动应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革,教育部启动“新工科”建设,对如何培养工程实践能力强的综合型工程创新人才提出了高质量建设要求。以地方本科高校材料科学与工程专业为例,紧密围绕提升学生的工程实践能力,从革新人才培养模式、构建完整实践教学体系、形成产教深度融合长效机制、组建双师型教师队伍和完善考评制度等方面,探索构建能力本位的实践教学人才培养体系,不断提升人才培养的契合度,以更好地服务行业企业需求和地方经济社会发展需要。
Under the background of new engineering construction,it puts forward higher requirements on cultivation of comprehensive engineering innovative talents with high practical ability.Practical teaching is the key link of cultivating students’practical and innovative ability.Taking materials science and engineering in local undergraduate universities as an example,this paper explores to construct a talent training system of competence-based practical teaching to improve students’engineering practice ability.The system consists of innovating a new talent training mode,constructing a complete practical teaching system,building a long-term mechanism for the deep integration of industry and education,building a team of double qualified teachers and improving the evaluation mechanism,so as to improve the fit of the talent training to better service the enterprises and local economy.
