脉冲电压下纤维素绝缘纸局部放电特性的综合实验设计 被引量:1

摘要 设计了纤维素绝缘纸在脉冲电压下局部放电特性的综合实验。利用扫描电镜、微水测试仪和高阻仪测量了绝缘纸的表面形貌、水分含量、表面及体积电导率等理化性能;参考局部放电测量标准,检测了绝缘纸的放电起始电压、放电干扰、放电次数、放电量等放电特性;对比了脉冲和交流电压下的放电特性,并分析了放电特性与理化性能之间的关联。实验设计基于教师科研成果;实验内容涉及物理、化学、材料和电气等多学科交叉;实验过程涵盖材料处理、模型制作、数据测量及结果对比分析等多环节。同时,采用类比推演的教学方法引导学生由传统实验逐步走向学科前沿。 A comprehensive experiment on partial discharge characteristics of cellulose paper insulation under pulse voltage was designed.Using scanning electron microscope(SEM),micro-water tester and high-resistance meter,physicochemical properties of insulation paper,such as surface morphology,water content,surface and volume conductivity,were measured;referring to partial discharge measurement standards,discharge characteristics of insulation paper,such as discharge inception voltage,discharge interference,discharge number and discharge quantity,were tested;discharge characteristics under pulse and AC voltage were compared,and correlation between discharge characteristics and physicochemical properties was cross-analyzed.Experiment design is based on teachers’scientific research achievements,which makes experiment teaching follow academic frontier to achieve“collaboration between science and education”,and stimulates students’exploration enthusiasm and innovation consciousness.Experiment contents involve“interdisciplinary intersection”of physics,chemistry,materials,electricity and so on,which improves students’comprehensive application ability of knowledge.Experiment process covers“multi-link cooperation”such as material processing,model making,data measurement and result comparison and analysis,which exercises students’practical ability and teamwork spirit.At the same time,teaching method of“analogy deduction”is adopted to guide students from traditional experiment to academic frontier step by step,which improves students’enthusiasm to participate in experiment.
