党的二十大报告指出铸牢中华民族共同体意识是加强和改进党的民族工作的主线,为做好新时代党的民族工作指明了前进方向,提供了根本遵循,对于开创民族工作新局面具有里程碑意义。加强和改进党的民族工作,要把握党的民族工作的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和时代逻辑。铸牢中华民族共同体意识,要重点处理好共同性和差异性的关系,做到辩证统一,还要坚持民族因素与区域因素的有机结合。

It is pointed out in the Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is the focus for strengthening and improving the Party’s ethnic affairs work.Which is the way forwards and fundamental guideline for the Party's ethnic work in the New Era,the thought marking a milestone for creating a new situation for of ethnic work.In oraer to strengthen and improve ethnic work,we should grasp historical logic,theoretical logic and time logic.Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,we must correctly handle the relationship between commonness and difference,and integrate the ethnic and regional factors.
