1000 MW核电汽轮机低压末级动叶叶根超声检测技术开发

Development of Ultrasonic Detection Technology for Low-Pressure Last Stage Rotating Blade Roots in 1000 MW Nuclear Power Turbines

摘要 为了提高1000 MW核电汽轮机服役的安全性和可靠性,并提高叶片叶根检测的效率和准确性,开发了针对低压末级叶片叶根的原位相控阵超声波检测技术,实现未拆卸叶片叶根的原位检测。基于叶根的受力分析,设计制作了检测用对比试块。对叶根进行了仿真计算分析,设计了检测专用探头和检测方案,在对比试块上进行试验,验证并优化了检测方案,形成了一套末级叶片叶根原位检测的方法。在具有类似叶根结构的实际产品转子上进行了验证测试,结果证明该技术可用于汽轮机叶片叶根检测。 In order to improve the safety and reliability of 1000 MW nuclear power turbine in service as well as the efficiency and accuracy of blade root detection,a phased array ultrasonic detection technology was developed aimed at low-pressure last stage blade roots for in-situ detection.Based on force analysis of blade roots,a test block was designed and manufactured for detection comparison,and simulation calculation and analysis on blade roots were carried out.A specific probe and detection scheme were designed,and the detection scheme was verified and optimized after the comparisons made for test blocks.Therefore,a set of detection methods for the in-situ last stage blade roots was proposed,and was verified in actual unit rotor with similar root structure.The results indicate that the technology can be applied to blade root detection in turbines.
