摘要
植保无人机是一种被广泛应用的农业设备,能够实现对大地块或者复杂地形进行高效施药作业的效果,因而国内外均对植保无人机进行广泛深入的研究并申请大量相关专利。该文通过对国内外植保无人机的专利申请量、主要申请人、主要申请地区以及设备结构类型等专利申请态势进行梳理,分析植保无人机的专利申请现状和发展方向,通过分析发现植保无人机的研究发展与地区的实际需求以及国家相关利好政策密切相关,且多旋翼电动植保无人机因其自身结构优势研究应用最多,为本领域技术人员的相关研究探讨提供参考。
Plant protection UAV is a widely used agricultural equipment,which can achieve the effect of efficient pesticide application on large plots or complex terrain,so both at home and abroad have done extensive and in-depth research on plant protection UAV and applied for a large number of related patents.By combing the patent application situation of plant protection UAV at home and abroad,such as the number of patent applications,main applicants,main application areas and equipment structure types,this paper analyzes the present situation and development direction of patent application of plant protection UAV.Through the analysis,it is found that the research and development of plant protection UAV is closely related to the actual needs of the region and the relevant favorable policies of the country.The multi-rotor electric plant protection UAV has the most research and application because of its own structural advantages,which provides a reference for the related research and discussion of technicians in this field.
