电气化铁路承力索改造研究

摘要 为提高既有电气化铁路承力索稳定性,对承力索松散、断股、锈蚀及腐蚀的安全隐患进行分析。调查承力索改造过程中须同步更换的中心锚结、承力索下锚装配、承力索座等相关配套设备,研究承力索技术参数电气和机械性。通过支柱风荷载计算、支柱负载计算对支柱容量需求进行分析制定承力索改造方案。并通过对承力索改造研究方案及注意事项的论述,为电气化铁路承力索改造工作提供参考。 In order to improve the stability of the load-bearing cable of the existing electrified railway,the safety hidden dangers of loose,broken stock,corrosion and corrosion of the load-bearing cable are analyzed.The related supporting equipment such as central anchor knot,anchor assembly and seat of load-bearing cable which should be replaced synchronously during the transformation of load-bearing cable are investigated,and the electrical and mechanical properties of the technical parameters of load-bearing cable are studied.Through the calculation of the wind load and the load of the pillar,the demand of the capacity of the pillar is analyzed and the reconstruction scheme of the bearing cable is made.Through the discussion of the research scheme and matters needing attention for the transformation of the bearing cable,it provides a reference for the transformation of the bearing cable of the electrified railway.
