Inspection and Reflection on the Pilot Practice of the Squadron-based Organizational System In Anhui Community Corrections

安徽省在探索社区矫正工作中积极推进“队建制”创新试点,对机构队伍专门化、专业化建设提供现实经验。在广泛调研的基础上运用实证方法,检视试点地区社区矫正工作队伍构成的合理性和实效性,着重对机构建设的顶层设计需求、专职人员及执法辅助队伍巩固和强化的痛点与堵点等进行分析,探索对社区矫正工作力量向基层下沉的规范化路径。

Anhui Province has comprehensively promoted the pilot project of squadron-based organizational system,which has put forward practical demands for the specialization and professional construction of organization and work teams.Based on the extensive researches,this paper uses empirical methods to examine the rationality and effectiveness of the composition of community corrections work teams in pilot areas.It focuses on the analysis of the top-level design needs of institutional construction,the pain points and blocking points of the consolidation and strengthening of full-time personnel and law enforcement assistance teams,and explores the standardized path for the community corrections work force to sink to the grassroots.
