跨境电商产业学院建设机制与路径研究

Research on the Construction Mechanism and Path of Cross-border E-commerce Industry College

随着对外贸易产业转型升级,加快复合型、技能型、创新型跨境电商产业人才培养成为职业教育的一项重要任务。作为产教深度融合的重要载体,产业学院通过建立产业链与教育链衔接、协同育人资源共享两个运行机制,在创新人才培养模式、提升专业建设质量、打造实习实训基地和搭建产学研服务平台四个方面将发挥重要作用,建设产业学院,有助于提升跨境电商产业人才培养质量,有效服务产业转型升级。

With the transformation and upgrading of the foreign trade industry,accelerating the cultivation of talents in complex,skilled and innovative cross-border e-commerce industry has become an important task of vocational education.As an important carrier of the in-depth integration of industry and education,industrial college will play an important role in innovating talent training mode,improving the quality of professional construction,creating internship training base and building an industry-university-research service platform by establishing two operating mechanisms,namely,the linkage between the industrial chain and the education chain and the sharing of collaborative education resources,which will help to improve the quality of talent training in cross-border e-commerce industry and effectively serve the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
