转向电动机与舵轮异轴的自动导引叉车转向检测机构设计

摘要 随着物流搬运等行业的发展,自动导引叉车的市场份额也越来越重要。然而目前自动导引叉车的转向检测机构以同轴布置形式为主,无法满足市场需求。文中提出了1种转向电动机和舵轮异轴布置形式的自动导引叉车转向检测机构,论述了其结构设计和准确性保证措施,总结了其性能效果及创新性。进一步的装车测试验证表明,该设计的转向检测机构可以满足自动导引叉车的运行需求,具有良好的推广运用前景。 With the development of logistics and other industries,the share of automatic guided forklifts in the market is increasing.However,at present,the steering detection mechanism of automatic guided forklift mainly adopts coaxial layout,which cannot meet the market demand.In this paper,the author puts forward a steering detection mechanism of an automatic guided forklift with steering motor and steering wheel arranged in different axes,describes its structural design and accuracy assurance measures,and summarizes its performance and innovation.The further loading test shows that the steering detection mechanism designed can meet the operation requirements of the automatic guided forklift and has a good promotion prospect.
