摘要 随着工业4.0时代的开启,物料搬运系统面临着许多新的挑战和机遇。工业4.0时代的核心技术(如物联网、云计算、大数据和人工智能等)为物料搬运系统的设计与优化带来了新的思路和方法。文中介绍了工业4.0的概念及其对物料搬运系统的影响,阐述了物料搬运系统的设计原则与方法,重点分析了工业4.0技术在物料搬运系统优化中的应用,并结合具体案例探讨了工业4.0技术在实际物料搬运系统中的应用效果,总结了成功实践的关键因素与挑战,展望了未来物料搬运系统的发展趋势。 The dawn of Industry 4.0 era has brought many new challenges and opportunities to the material handling system.Key technologies in Industry 4.0 era(such as Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data and artificial intelligence)have brought new ideas and methods for the design and optimization of the material handling system.In this paper,the concept of Industry 4.0 and its influence on material handling system are introduced,the design principles and methods of material handling system are described in detail,the application of key technologies in Industry 4.0 era in the material handling system optimization is analyzed,and the application results of these key technologies are discussed with specific cases.Finally,key factors and challenges in successful application are summarized,and the development trend of the material handling system in the future is predicted.
