摘要
中国提出力争2030年前实现碳达峰,争取2060年前实现碳中和。通过分析发达国家碳中和路径和中国能源现状,得出中国碳达峰路径应建立在以新能源为主体的新型电力系统之上,降低高碳电源比例的同时,对火电进行高效、清洁改造,以源、网、荷、储为链条,考虑安全性、经济性等多要素,分析海量新能源消纳控制,碳捕捉、利用与封存,虚拟电厂,绿电制氢(氧)等关键技术对电力低碳转型路径的影响,最后从政策、资金和产业链层面提出了低碳化技术发展的建议。
China puts forward the goal of achieving carbon dioxide emissions peak in 2030and carbon neutrality in 2060.By analyzing the carbon neutral path of developed countries and the energy status of China,it is concluded that carbon neutral path of China should be built on the new power system with new energy as main body,while reducing the ratio of high carbon power source,as well as modifying thermal power efficient and clean at the same time.Considering economic,security,and other factors,as well as the source,network,load and storage as the chain the paper analyses the impact of key technologies such as CCUS,virtual power plants and production of hydrogen from green power on the development path of the power industry.And the suggestions are proposed for the development of decarbonization technology,which are from the perspective of policy,capital and industrial chain.
