湖北省兽医现场流行病学基础培训项目效果评估

Evaluation on the Effect of Field Epidemiology Training Program for Veterinarians in Hubei Province

为了解湖北省兽医现场流行病学基础培训项目的效果,借鉴中国兽医现场流行病学培训项目(CFETPV)基础培训效果评估方法,通过问卷调查的方式,了解学员的基本情况、课程内容、课程评价、意见和建议等,从满意度和知识掌握度两个方面,对湖北省兽医现场流行病学基础培训项目进行培训效果评估;采用Excel和SPSSAU(Version 23.0)等软件,对数据进行描述性统计分析。结果显示:满意度评估方面,学员对培训班的综合满意度(95.15%)较高;知识掌握度评估方面,学员对培训内容的综合知识掌握度从培训前的38.00%提高到了培训后的58.36%,17项内容均有显著提高(P值<0.01)。结果表明,湖北省兽医现场流行病学基础培训项目取得了较好的效果。

Taking the evaluation tool of China Filed Epidemiology Training Program for Veterinarians(CFETPV)as a reference,participators'general information,contents,evaluation,opinions and suggestions about the training were identified by a questionnaire investigation,the effect of field epidemiology training program for veterinarians in Hubei Province was evaluated based on participators'satisfaction and awareness of knowledge,followed by descriptive statistical analysis on the data using Excel and SPSSAU(Version 23.0).The results revealed that the overall comprehensive satisfaction was relatively high(95.15%),and the awareness of knowledge increased from 38.00%prior to the training to 58.36%after the training,with a significant improvement(P value<0.01)in all 17 items.In conclusion,good results were achieved by the program.
