摘要
在现有钢壳体卷制设计方案的基础上,对壳体打孔的工艺设计进行改进,最终得到一种满足应用需求的先打孔、后卷制的工艺方案。通过比较打点法放样、CREO钣金模块的Unbend命令及算法编程等3种方法的模型数据,选择算法编程作为该项目的设计计算方法,然后确定K值,制作样件。最后把样件尺寸数据与算法编程计算尺寸数据进行对比,验证折弯因子K=0.475满足先打孔、后卷制设计的要求。
Based on current design process of rolling steel shell,this paper improves the process design for cutting holes on rolled shell,and finds the process solutions to cut the holes before rolling in place of cutting holes after rolling.Algorithm programming is chosen as the design and calculation method through comparing with point lofting method(calculating the position of points)and sheet metal unbending feature of CREO.K value is estimated,then prototype is processed.By comparing dimension data between real prototypes and algorithm programming,it is verified that bending factor K=0.475 can meet the design requirements.
