家用多功能移动加湿机器人加湿模式模拟试验研究

摘要 文中拟采用模块化设计理念,完成一种家用多功能移动加湿机器人的设计。该设计主要偏向于主体结构的设计、优化及创新思想的提出。引入逆向设计的思想,对已知模型进行三维数据的设计。对较成熟的扫地机器人产品、加湿器进行外观结构重新设计及优化,力求优化产品模型。通过模拟试验对不同加湿模式的加湿效果进行对比和分析。试验结果分析表明,在相同面积的区域,选择不同加湿模式都能达到人体健康湿度,而且移动式加湿模式对室内湿度的均衡效果更显著。该模块化家用移动加湿机器人的设计极大地扩展了家用智能电器的使用范围,提高了家用智能电器的使用效率。所提出的基于模块化可重构思想的家用智能电器设计理念,对未来智能家用服务机器人产品的设计具有重要的借鉴意义。 This paper intends to adopt the modular design concept to complete the design of a household multi-functional mobile humidifier robot.This design mainly focuses on the design and optimization of the main structure and the proposal of innovative ideas.The idea of reverse design is introduced to design the 3D data of the known model.The appearance structure of mature sweeping robot products and humidifiers is redesigned and optimized to optimize the product model.The humidification effect of different humidification modes is compared and analyzed by simulation test.The analysis of the test results shows that in the same area,different humidification modes can achieve human health humidity,and the mobile humidification mode has a more significant balancing effect on indoor humidity.The design of the modular household mobile humidifier robot greatly expands the use range of household intelligent appliances and improves the use efficiency of household intelligent appliances.The design concept of intelligent household appliances based on modularized reconfigurable ideas is of important reference significance for the design of intelligent household service robots in the future.
